I belong to the foundry department now.
It has become accustomed to the system
of a new casting factory by kindly variously guiding it from the senior now though
there was a day only watching other people working with no understanding. I want
to master the operation of vertical storage this year.
I love the casting that
makes shape from there is nothing, though sometimes there is a hard day.

First couple of years I was a clerk only of the
slip processing. With some reason, I have started many important job with responsibility.
KURITA allowed me to handle those job, I do make mistakes sometimes but I can
feel I am growing up with high level job and I love those.
